Deeply Rooted in Farmland Operating Conditions: R&D & Upgrades of Special Agricultural Machinery Bearings for Paddy Field, Dry Land and Heavy-Load Operations

With the popularization of large-scale farming, high-power tractors over 200 horsepower, large combine harvesters and heavy-duty rotary tillers have been widely adopted. Traditional old-style agricultural machinery bearings lack sufficient load capacity and sealing performance to meet high-intensity continuous operation demands. Our factory has over ten years of experience in agricultural machinery bearing R&D. Based on field operating data collected from thousands of planting bases and agricultural machinery manufacturers nationwide, we continuously upgrade three core technologies to solve three major operation pain points: muddy paddy field conditions, dusty dry land environments and heavy impact loads.

I. Triple Composite Sealing Technology to Eliminate Mud/Water Infiltration in Paddy Fields

To address bearing rusting caused by water ingress during southern paddy field and rainy season operations, we developed a combined labyrinth diversion dust-proof structure and double-layer fluororubber sealing rings:
  1. Outer metal dust cover blocks straw residues and large mud particles.
  2. Middle labyrinth grooves buffer sand and mud to reduce direct friction on sealing rings.
  3. Inner hydrolysis-resistant fluororubber seal blocks mud and water infiltration and prevents premature emulsification of lubricating grease.

Field tests on continuous paddy field operation show sealing service life is doubled compared with old single-seal bearings.

II. High-Load Anti-Impact Steel Processing Technology for Continuous Operation of Heavy-Duty Agricultural Machinery

Large agricultural machinery operates all day under intense continuous impact loads, so we optimized steel heat treatment processes:
  1. Adopt high-carbon chromium bearing steel with overall quenching plus secondary surface reinforcement.
  2. Thickened inner rings and raceways for heavy-load bearings on rollers and rear axles, with optimized steel ball layout to disperse impact loads.
  3. Improved cage toughness to prevent fracture and shedding under bumpy operation, compatible with straw crushing and deep tillage heavy-load equipment.

III. Wide Clearance High-Temperature Customized Solutions to Eliminate Harvester High-Temperature Seizure

Threshing and conveying parts of harvesters operate under long-term high temperatures, and old standard-clearance bearings easily seize up after thermal expansion. We developed special C4 enlarged-clearance bearings for high-temperature positions, paired with high-temperature long-lasting grease to support 12-hour continuous high-temperature operation without jamming. Standard C3 clearance models are provided for dry land equipment in northern regions with large day-night temperature differences, balancing cold start and high-temperature running performance.

IV. Custom Non-Standard Bearings for All New & Old Agricultural Machinery Models

Beyond standard in-stock bearings, we support customized non-standard production for agricultural machinery manufacturers and refitting plants: square holes, hexagonal holes, widened/thickened structures and special-size bearing units, compatible with old domestic agricultural machinery and imported John Deere, Case, New Holland models for direct replacement without shaft modification.

With agricultural mechanization upgrading, core transmission accessories must be upgraded synchronously. Our factory designs all products based on real field operating conditions instead of simplified industrial bearing structures, optimizing products for durability across raw materials, sealing and internal structures. We welcome agricultural machinery manufacturers, large planting cooperatives and regional distributors to visit our workshop for on-site inspections and discuss bulk matching cooperation.
