Q5: What precision grades can your bearings reach?
A: The precision grade of our standard products complies with ISO P0 (equivalent to ABEC 1). Meanwhile, we can provide products with P6 (ABEC 3), P5 (ABEC 5) or even higher precision grades according to customer requirements. Q1: What preparations are required before bearing installation?

Q2: Can a hammer be used to strike the bearing directly during installation?
A: Direct striking is strongly not recommended. Direct hammer blows on the bearing will generate impact force, causing indentations and scratches on the rolling elements and raceways, which leads to noise, vibration and premature failure. A press or special installation tools should be used, and the force must be applied only to the ring that needs to be mated (apply force to the inner ring when installing it, and to the outer ring when installing it).
Q3: Is heating required for bearing installation? How to operate?
A: For large bearings or those with a large interference fit, the heating installation method is usually adopted. Heat the bearing (which must be unlubricated and unsealed) uniformly to no more than 120°C in an oil bath or induction heater, then mount it on the shaft quickly. Note: Bearings pre-filled with grease or with seals/dust covers cannot be heated by this method.
Q4: How to check if the bearing is installed correctly?
A: After installation, manually rotate the shaft or housing first to check if the rotation is smooth and free of jamming or abnormal noise. Then conduct a no-load test run, gradually increasing the speed from a low level while monitoring noise, vibration and temperature rise. Stop the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormality is found.
Q5: Can bearings be cleaned with gasoline or solvents?
A: For open-type bearings, special cleaning agents or kerosene can be used for cleaning. After cleaning, the bearing must be thoroughly dried and an appropriate amount of grease or lubricating oil added immediately. However, bearings with dust covers or seals (such as 2RS, ZZ series) are pre-lubricated and strictly prohibited from being cleaned, otherwise the grease will be washed away, leading to early failure of the bearing. Only wipe the surface clean.

A: For in-stock standard models, delivery will be made within 24-48 hours after payment; for regular production models, the delivery time is generally 15-25 days; for large-quantity or custom products, the delivery time shall be determined through negotiation based on the order quantity.

Q4: What is the normal operating temperature of a bearing?
A: The operating temperature of a bearing is usually 20°C-40°C higher than the ambient temperature. Generally, the allowable operating temperature of rolling bearings can reach 120°C (depending on the temperature resistance limit of the grease and sealing materials). If there is a sharp temperature rise or the temperature continuously exceeds 80°C-90°C, the machine should be shut down to check for problems such as insufficient lubrication, excessive clearance, overloading or improper installation.
