International buyers often ignore quality details only to focus on price, leading to mass after-sales problems, returns and customer complaints. To ensure stable supply, low repair rate and long-term competitiveness in overseas markets, the following five key quality points must be focused on.

The first is bearing housing material and casting quality. High-quality products adopt high-density cast iron, free of air holes and sand holes, with uniform wall thickness, sufficient rigidity and no deformation. Low-quality housings have loose materials, are easy to crack and deform under stress, directly causing bearing misalignment and damage.

The second is insert bearing precision and material. Standard bearing steel GCr15 must be used, with qualified heat treatment hardness and stable metallographic structure. Low-quality bearings use inferior steel with insufficient hardness, and are prone to raceway spalling, ball wear and premature failure.

The third is sealing performance. High-quality oil seals adopt oil-resistant rubber with good elasticity, wear resistance and long service life; the sealing structure fits tightly without gaps. Low-quality oil seals are easy to age, harden and leak oil, failing to prevent dust and water, which is the most common after-sales problem.

The fourth is the strength of locking components. Set screws, eccentric collars and adapter sleeves must have sufficient hardness, smooth threads and stable locking force. Low-quality locking parts are prone to thread slipping, fracture and loosening, causing bearing inner ring spinning and burnout.

The fifth is dimensional accuracy and interchangeability. Export pillow block bearings must strictly comply with international standards (ISO, ANSI, DIN, etc.), ensuring standard installation dimensions, center height and bolt hole spacing, so that equipment of global customers can be directly replaced. Out-of-tolerance dimensions will lead to installation failure or abnormal operation.
